Chase Tomko is a former state champion, four-year collegiate starter, and experienced head coach dedicated to developing fundamentally elite baseball players.
A member of the 2019 PIAA 1A State Championship team at West Middlesex High School, Chase went on to start four years at catcher and first base at Westminster College. His collegiate career sharpened his expertise in defensive leadership, game management, and positional detail at the highest levels of amateur competition.
Since 2020, Chase has trained athletes individually, helping youth and high school players elevate their mechanics, baseball IQ, and in-game performance. He brings leadership experience as a two-year Head Coach with the Dukes Baseball Club and one year as a coach with the 3B Barons, where he led competitive teams and oversaw full player development systems.
In 2024, Chase founded Diamond Dynamics Academy LLC, a performance-driven training organization focused on structured skill progression and long-term athlete growth. He is insured and professionally trained through the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), ensuring his methods align with current, research-backed player development standards.
His mission is simple: develop confident, disciplined, and fundamentally complete athletes — built the right way from the ground up!
