The Sole Purpose of 3B is to help all young diamond dogs understand the meaning of work ethic, perseverance and self-efficacy, while improving their baseball skills. Baseball is a great parallel to life, so focusing on the Building Blocks today, will help our young athletes as they grow into wonderful men/women tomorrow.

The 3B staff also works remotely coordinating and operating camps, team practices, and 1 on 1 home sessions.

We are located inside of Body Structure Fitness, back warehouse.
This purchase gives the customer a package of lessons with Coach E or Coach Nuzzo at our 3B HQ located inside of Body Structure Fitness.
Once your selected coach is notified of the purchase they will reach out to the buyer and will design a schedule together. Upon your request your coach will schedule your lessons and you will be notified and updated with each individual lesson you schedule.

Once a package is purchased, your coach will coordinate with you to create a personalized schedule and progression plan for your athlete.
