The Sole Purpose of 3B is to help all young diamond dogs understand the meaning of work ethic, perseverance and self-efficacy, while improving their baseball skills. Baseball is a great parallel to life, so focusing on the Building Blocks today, will help our young athletes as they grow into wonderful men/women tomorrow.

Currently working our 1 on 1 & group lessons out of Body Structure Fitness LLC
The 3B staff also works remotely coordinating and operating camps, team practices, and 1 on 1 home sessions.
