The established Tri-State Collegiate League is joining forces with the upstart Rust Belt Collegiate Baseball League in 2023 with teams in Western PA and Eastern Ohio. The communities represented are Butler, Youngstown, DuBois, Altoona, Meadville, New Castle and East Butler. The qualities of each community will be reflected in the team. 

The league is designed for student-athletes to compete at a high level and in an exciting atmosphere. The Minor League-like festivities in between innings and post-game activities will provide an affordable family friendly atmosphere at some ballparks. 

Teams will play a 26 regular season schedule beginning on June 1 and concluding by July 16, 2023. 

The Leagues are committed to the development of the student-athletes and the communities they call home.
